A good salad is defined by it's dressing. You can make almost anything taste good with a decadent sauce drizzled over it. This is my current favorite recipe for salad dressing. It is quick, healthy, and most of all delicious. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do!
2 Tbsp good quality tahini
the juice of 1-2 lemons
dash of pink Himalayan sea salt
water to thin to desired consistency
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and drizzle over your salad.
This dressing is creamy from the fats in the tahini and has an incredible freshness from the lemon juice. You can also add less water to make a thicker dip for carrots, bell peppers, and celery too. It's such a versatile dressing. Make a big batch during your weekly meal prep to have on hand all week long!
